   Blue Shield is constantly impressing me with their kindness and consideration to their employee's needs and work/life balance. Their dedication to community service is unlike any company I had been with previously. Blue Shield is a wonderful place to work!

   Pros

   The company had a lot of benefits to offer and they got better before I left. They were pro diversity before I feel like it was a thing with many different social groups to participate in with coworkers.

   Cons

   I met a lot of great people and had the opportunity to participate in many of the changes that were happening in the CS branch of the company. We weren't remote at the time, so that was a con for sure.
